Kembali Ke Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Akhirnya menyerah dengan Ubuntu 13.10 :(. Salah satu mouse desktop selalu "membeku", terutama jika menggunakan audio.

Masalah ini tidak dapat digeneralisasi, karena hanya terjadi pada satu sistem. Ciri desktop yang bermasalah sebagai berikut:
-- menggunakan HDMI
-- menggunakan driver NVDIA
-- core i5

Mari kembali ke Ubuntu 12.04.03 LTS. Sepertinya akan tetap menggunakan versi ini untuk sekurangnya dua tahun ke depan.

The installer of Microsoft’s True Core Font

The Microsoft’s True core font "deb package" is called "ttf-mscorefonts-installer." These fonts were provided by Microsoft "in the interest of cross-platform compatibility." This is no longer the case, but they are still available from third parties. The font list is:

• Andale Mono (andale32.exe)
• Arial (arial32.exe)
• Arial Black (arialb32.exe)
• Comic Sans MS (comic32.exe)
• Courier New (courie32.exe)
• Georgia (georgi32.exe)
• Impact (impact32.exe)
