If you are running an antiquated computer that has been a family heirloom since a long time ago, you might have trouble with your VirtualBox. First, you should make sure about what the source of the problem is.
- Is it your OVA or your VirtualBox's problem? Try to run your OVA somewhere else (e.g., on your beloved sibling's computer).
- Is it the Windows or the hardware problem? You might want to try the following troubleshooting tools.
- PS: Sometimes, reinstalling Windows is FASTER than tinkering with the system itself.

- Sometimes, Windows Update helps.
- Sometimes, Windows Updates sucks.
- For sure, the update size is mostly more than 1 GigaBytes!

- Windows PowerShell (Admin)
sfc /scannow
Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool (Not For AMD)
Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool
- Control Panel --> System and Security --> Administrative Tools --> Windows Memory Diagnostic
VirtualBox and Hyper-V/WSL2
VirtualBox and Hyper-V/WSL2 might not work well together. You might want to turn it off if using VirtualBox.
